Razer Blackshark V2 Pro right side no audio when plugged in or used wirelessly

I have had my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for almost 5 years now and recently, in order to get sound on both sides of the headset, I have had to fine-tune the physical volume knob. Now I am unable to hear at all on the right side unless the volume knob is firmly held in a specific position. What can I do to fix this issue?
