I own a couple months Razer BlackShark V2 Pro RZ04-03220, during the game went away from the pc, I come back sound in the headphones no. I go to synapse, near the headphones writes that they are disabled.
I connect the headphones to the USB port, the headphones always blink fast green color, but do not respond to the off button.
If you disconnect from the usb, lights constantly blue, but if you press stops burning. The headphones do not respond in any way to the power button, they do not turn on.
In windows settings - devices - audio - razer blackshark v2 pro there is a driver error.
Uninstalled synapse, uninstalled all drivers via driver clean up as support advised on another thread, reinstalled synapse - no help.
Went to the manual of the headphones: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3811.
Downloaded 2 files in downloads:
1. Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) Firmware Updater | RZ04-03220 - said that the current version is already installed
2. Razer Headset Pairing Utility - can't see the wireless USB dongle, so I can't bind it.
I decided to do it all through my laptop, on which the headset has never been used. Headphones are connected, looking at the device manager, but no sound.
1. Started Firmware UpdaterIt also said that there is a new driver
2. Running Headset Pairing Utility on my laptop, it saw the wireless USB dongle connected, and the headphones connected, but during stage 3, it gives an error: that it is necessary to turn off the power to the headphones. I turn headphones off, trying again, but as soon as stage 3 starts, the headphones turn on by themselves and I can't turn them off and it gives the same error, turn off the power.…
Help please, I've been sitting for 3 hours googling the solution to the problem and I'm going crazy with my hopelessness.Again, the headphones worked great, but after 2 minutes of afk, they decided to turn off and that was it.
I can add videos, if smd want it
