Turning it on does pretty much nothing and the whole mixer tab does not show any games, trying to add games also does nothing and when leaving the audio tab on synapse and going back it just turns off. I've tried installing the program on another computer and the mixer tab seems to work in a way, but messing with any settings like EQ does nothing. Please help

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your Windows Build Version? I have an inkling that this has something to do with version 2004. In any case, please send the serial number of your headset and your Synapse 3.0 logs to me. You can use this to collect the necessary log files, then upload them on GDrive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link. Don't reinstall the app for now.
