Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Unbalanced Audio

Hey everyone, so my headsets have had this issue with unbalanced audio. The audio on the left side is slightly lower than the right. I got them nearly a year ago and haven't been able to find any fixes regarding this. I have looked at a similar post but for a different headset, linked below. I have tried the fixes such as reinstalling synapse 3 but nothing seemed to resolve the issue. Please help me find a solution to this problem as it has caused me many issues. Were you able to update the headset's firmware? If you haven't, please click this link. Also, does the behavior happen while the headset is plugged into a different USB port or computer? Try connecting the headset through its 3.5mm jack and check if the issue persists. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
