when i have the volume control thing on my headphone on the middle stage the left ear is louder than the right. when i turn it louder or quieter it works as normal. and it always makes like a white noise when i tourn it near the central position. can i do something about that.
I've been having the same issue with my headset as well, except the right side is louder for me
