Razer BlackShark V2 Pro using on PS5

Everything was working fine then of course I am struck down with the mic doesn't work issue. I only have Mac computers, how do I check for any updates to see if that is the issue. have unplugged, the mic, my headset is very clean and kept in the bag when not in use. I didn't use the mic for a long time, I used it actually 1 time playing Elden ring, worked perfect. now nothing. all videos reference Pc never console use. can this be updated through the ps5 somehow?
