Razer blackshark v2 pro volume problem

Whenever I use the dongle, the volume randomly drops and rises like the sound fades out and then suddenly becomes loud again. The system volume bar doesn’t move so it’s not an actual volume adjustment. The problem doesn’t happen when I connect with Bluetooth or when I use my computer’s speakers. I’ve already checked my synapse settings and turned off all audio enhancements but its still a problem.

I’m facing the same issue too, did u find any way or methods to solve the issues?  This issue are obvious especially when I’m gaming.
