Razer Blackshark V2 Pro will not fully charge

I have been noticing that my Blackshark V2 Pro will never fully charge, the green light will continuously blink green even after charging it over 12 hours. In Synapse, the battery indicator shows roughly 80% charged after charging all day. Is the battery in my headset failing or is it something else?
