Hi all!
I encountered a problem with my new Razer Blackshark V2 PRO Wireless 2023. It connects to the phone and computer via bluetooth, but does not connect via a USB dongle. I inserted it into Playstation 5, the set-top box recognizes the headset, but there is no sound. I press the SmartSwitch twice, it says "hyper speed wireless", but nothing else happens. The LED lights up blue.
How can I connect my devices via dongle?
