Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset 2020 Pairing w/ USB Dongle Receiver failure

I just connected the headset to 3.5mm jack into Mobo then when I tried to use it wirelessly it won’t work no more, tried to repair, modify, uninstall and reinstall the Synapse 3 and used the Pairing software tool, unfortunately it doesn’t work as well. Do I need RMA the item since it was under warranty? item was purchased January 2023.
