On my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset charging port it seems to be pushed in, the charging cable can not reach the port, anyone know a solution?

Hi @JHJaxon! PM me some photos showing the charging port of your headset so I can check. Include the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty and start a case for a replacement request if necessary.
