RAZER Blackshark V2 Pro wont turn on

My headset wont turn on, i have plugged in to all my USB ports and tried different cables, still no lights is showing on the headset,

 

SYNAPSE & windows does detect the headphone however synapse is only showing “DEVICE IS SWITCHED OFF”

 

tried holding the power button 10-20 seconds yet no results. it just randomly stopped working.

    Hello iqmalf,
    Let me help you with your concern. Since the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is being detected by Windows and Synapse but is still showing as switched off, this usually points to either the charging cable, the charging port, or possibly the battery itself. If you haven’t already, please try the following once more:

    1. Make sure the charging cable is plugged in properly
    2. Try a different working cable
    3. Check if the charging port feels loose or looks damaged
    4. Check in Synapse or the Razer Audio App if the headset shows any charging status

    If it’s still not powering on and there are no lights showing at all, please send me a PM  with the serial number of the headset and your proof of purchase so I can help check the warranty options for you. Thank you!
