I have tried all of the instructions that’s listed in the Razer Support + including trying to connect it in both the hyperspeed mode and bluetooth as I heard someone got it to work in Synapse with bluetooth.
I have also done a clean uninstall on the drivers but no luck so far.
The headphone is working fine, it’s just that I can’t manage to change some of the EQ settings and certain stuff.
If there’s any 3rd party applications that I could use to do so, Please do advise if as I already tried all the methods.
