Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (Xbox) not connecting synapse 3.0

when connecting my headset to pc for modify setup audio..my headset don’t be detected by synapse 3.0...i try restarting pc..reinstall synapse..disconnecting and reconnecting my headset..im looking for THX Spatial Audio to xbox..will be activated by windows sonic for xbox? i hope you respond soon. Thanks

It’s not Synapse compatible.
