I have bought a new keyboard that I’m trying to register as a device but even though I’m entering the serial number, model no I get stuck with “product number is invalid”
Found the tooltip about certain letters and numbers that could be mixed and have tried different kind of combinations.
So i am kinda stuck at the moment…
