razer blackshark v2 pros randomly disconnecting and after a short period reconnecting

I have followed every step on nearly all of the threads on this app but still have this problem. list of things i have done.
disabled all usbs from being auto powered off by windows to save power,
reinstalled drivers,
fresh wipe of synapse,
changed synapse version,
checked ports for dust and debris,
any sugestion?

Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? You can also update its firmware by clicking the correct variant below:
