Razer Blackshark v2 Prto - no sound Synapse v4

I’ve had my Blackshark long enough to be out of warrantee so support is super awesome. Updated Synapse and everything to be current and I have no sound coming through the speakers. Mic works just fine, my Nommo V2 speakers operate as normal but when I swap to my Blackshark I get no sound. Tried restarting, unplugging and replugging the dongle, and still now sound. Shows detected on the sound settings but doesn’t even show the sound bar moving up and down like other devices when selected as the default device.
