I have a razer blacksharl v2 and it works fine when i plugeed it into 3.5mm jack but when i use it with the sound card that comes with it the sound volume is much lower than 3.5 mm so i have to max every thing to hear normally itried everything but still it has low volume does anyone experience this annoying problem

Have you tried to uninstall Razer Synapse 3, restart PC and re-install Razer Synapse 3? It worked for me. Remember to update firmware on soundcard too =)
I did all that but still with the same problem :( i have ps5 too when i plug it the problem is from the sound card it has very low sound not from the headset
