Device Razer Blackshark V2 (USB).

Equalizer, THX spatial audio, microphone setting, in short any sound setting in razer synapse is not working.

After November thx driver update,  any changes in the app are not applied to the audio signal.

Sound and microphone quality is very bad.

I think main problem is with sound card drivers.  All these sound drivers are microsoft driver (not razer driver)

There is no razer driver here. I can not select razer driver also. I tried removing everything and reinstalling etc. 

Nothing works.

Same problem exist on many people in different topics. There is a subject in Reddit also
