Well it finally happened, my USB dongle for the Blackshark v2 (unsure if i have pro or not) has stopped functioning. No matter what process I try nothing seems to work. I have had this headset for quite sometime. Im wandering if it is possible to get a replacement dongle for it? willing to give serial number if needed.
