Razer BlackShark V2 USB - synapse problem

MintCreamradiovalley628

Hello!

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue that occurred after assembling a new PC. My Razer BlackShark V2 USB headphones do not allow me to adjust the audio equalizer in Razer Synapse or activate THX Spatial Audio, although the microphone works and can be configured properly. The headphones function normally on another computer.

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Pro X WIFI7 (BIOS version: F4).

OC: Windows 10 Pro

Issue:

1)The audio equalizer settings in Razer Synapse do not apply.

2)THX Spatial Audio does not activate (no changes to the sound).

3)When attempting to disable "additional audio features" in Windows, the error "There is a problem with the additional audio features" appears.

Steps Taken:

1)Clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse.

2)Updated headphone drivers and motherboard chipset drivers.

3)Disabled the onboard audio card in BIOS.

4)Uninstalled all third-party audio utilities (Dolby, Nahimic, etc.).

Please provide guidance to resolve these issues. I suspect a compatibility problem between the Razer BlackShark V2 USB and the Gigabyte Z790 platform.
