OK im gonna say it i am quite frankly appauled by how difficult they made the warrenty claims.

my razer Blackshark V2 USB headset has recently stoped connecting to any and all ports of my ps5,PC and ps4 proving it is absolutly a problem with it and i want to claim the warrenty to get my money back or get a new product but the steps are impossible to fill out and i would really appreciate help with them
First off it says i need an RMA number to request the warrenty but there is no way to get it on the website that i can see and i would really appreciate if anyone can tell me how to get it/get it for me i have the razer order number and everything needed to prove my eligability for a warrenty and can provide it if you want and it was ordered only last november for my birthday.

please help me out everyone i really want to play with my friends and use the £60 product that i got as a gift instead of staring at a screen for an hour trying to figure out how to use the waranty
