I have bought a new headset today, and I registered it and everything is working the TXH, the tuning… I LOVE IT !
Although in my devices in the synapse it's not being recognized, whereas my keyboard, my mouse, and even the USB Sound card of the headset is shown.
I did have the same issue with 1 more previous headset, where the surround sound 7.1 was working, although the synapse did not recognize it.
I tried reinstalling completely everything, even deleting everything razer related of the REGEDIT. I did even reinstall my whole OS. Still, when I install the synapse 3, it's not showing my headset there.
Although in the minimenu:
Its recognized. But in the normal menu:
Not.
Every time I try to contact the RazerSupport via chat or via E-mail I cannot go through, it just keeps resetting the Homepage.
I tried a lot of things on the internet. Including the official Razer Instructions itself. Nothing seems to be working.
So here I am asking for any kind of advice or help.
WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEBODY FROM RAZER WOULD REPLY!
