Razer Blackshark v2 wired question about volume knob

Hello, I have recently purchased the blackshark v2 wired headphones and I was wondering, when I turn the volume knob all the way down, I can still hear sound coming from the headset. Is that intended or is it a fault as I have had other headsets with volume dials that when turned all the way down there would be no sound at all. Thank you.

That's not normal at all. Try to reinstall the driver and update its firmware by following the steps here. If the same problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other steps that will address the volume knob issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
