Hello and thank you in advance for the replies. I recently bought a resealed Blackshark V2 X headphones. I registered them on the site but got no code for 7.1 Surround. I asked the shop for the scratch card but they said they dont know anything about it (not even that it has a scratch card). Is there any other way to activate the software?

The scratch card should be inside the box. If you didn't find one, send me the serial number of the headset and a copy of the proof of purchase. I can use those to submit a code generation request on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
