Razer BlackShark v2 X - 7.1 Surround sound issue

I got the above mentioned headset as a gift for christmas. It didn’t come with the card for activating the 7.1 surround sound software. However it worked without it so I didn’t bother. I’ve been told by friends online that my mic is quiet even though its set to 100 in the settings. So i wanted to get the software in the hopes of fixing the Issue. When trying to register my device on the site, it asked for purchase date and receipt. The person who gifted me the headset didn’t keep the receipt.
Is there any other way for me to register or get the software? Or is there a way to fix the mic without the software?

I'm here to help you with your issue. You can try registering your device by creating a Razer account and uploading a photo of your headset that clearly shows the serial number as proof of purchase. Please note that having an invoice is essential for validating your device warranty.
