Razer Blackshark v2 X 7.1 surround sound look like stereo sound

I have bought a new Blackshark V2 X this day and everything work fine.After i activated the 7,1 surround sound app i have noticed that the 7.1 sound is completely same as stereo sound.I tried to find any fix but it still the same as stereo sound.Any advice?

Open sound by right click on the volume icon.Then u find a 7,1surround sound speakers and double click on it.Set the default format as same as the speaker u choose in razer surround.Uncheck any box in exclusive mode and enable audio enhancements(make sure that it also enabled in the speakers u chose in razer surround)
