I have a problem with the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. People can't hear me when I speak, but I can hear them just fine. Of course, I’ve checked all the connections and everything else thoroughly. Razer Synapse doesn’t recognize it either. It connects via a 3.5mm jack.

+1Headset is not compatible with Synapse, because it’s no supporting analog devices.
Could you start some mic recorder (the one that is built-in OS) and check if the mic is working properly?
If yes, I’d check the permission for the app (teamspeak? discord?) in Windows settings if it’s allowed to use the microphone.
