Razer BlackShark V2 X Already Activated ???

I recently bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and when I attempted to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature, I encountered a message saying the product had already been activated, even though I’m the first person to use it. Since I purchased the headset brand new, I’m unable to access the feature as expected. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue—whether by canceling the previous activation or issuing a new code. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your assistance.
