Razer Blackshark V2 X already registered by another account. I Can't get activation code

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

It seems like you have purchased a counterfeit device but I’ll double-check just to be sure. Please send me your headset’s serial number via PM so I can validate it and check the registration.
