Hello! today I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Please check the headset’s 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the device packaging, as indicated here. If the scratch card is not included or the code is already used, I suggest contacting the reseller for a refund. Please be informed that product registration mainly serves warranty purposes. Should you need further help, feel free to send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase for verification, and upload the shareable files to Google Drive. Thanks!
