Razer Blackshark V2 X already registered. Can't get activation code

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

I understand you’re unable to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature of the Razer BlackShark V2 X because the product is already registered under a different Razer ID. I'd recommend reaching out to the reseller to see if they can provide a replacement refund. Please make you purchase your Raze devices from an authorized Razer resellers so you can be sure you're getting genuine products.
