I bought a razer blackshark v2 x and when I activate it, register the product to activate 7.1 it appears that the product has already been registered and I just bought it serial number HN2121D13408658 product number RZ04-03240100-R3M1

Upon checking, it would seem that your headset has already been registered way back in 2021. I would highly suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a replacement. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. For security purposes, please remove the serial number of your headset from your post. Just send me a PM if you have any other concerns.
