Hello,
My headphones arrived today, March 22nd, after I had ordered them this morning. They appear to be completely undamaged and arrived in good condition. However, when I try to plug them into my PC (desktop), I can’t get either the sound or the microphone to function.
I have tried plugging the cables into the audio and mic ports on the back of the PC (making sure that pink matches with pink and green matches with green) as well as plugging the appropriate jacks into the corresponding ports on the front of the PC.
Even though other products (speakers) function just fine when plugged into these ports, my headphones seem to be Dead-on-Arrival.
Has anyone had this problem before?
