Razer blackshark v2 x audio connection issue

whenever i connect my blackshark v2 x into my laptop, disconnect them, and then reconnect them again, the audio just doesnt work at all, ive tried everything i could in device manager, omen audio control, windows settings, etc etc, the only solution ive had to this problem is to just restart my pc with my headphones connected, which is no biggie, but my headphones disconnect every 2 hours or so, and its been getting kind of annoying to have to restart every 2 hours, now i dont really know how to end this so afjsdgjksgbv mfdjnernbg frbgg.

Hey ​@googolLOL,

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
 

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
  2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit enter.
  3. Go to “Audio inputs and outputs”.
  4. Right-click on the Razer headset and select “Uninstall device”.
  5. Restart the computer to completely uninstall the drivers. The drivers are automatically installed on the computer after a restart.
