HI, i just bought razer blackshark v2x headset, the activation code that razer give me is a erorr, “the code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.” i request for a new code but razer still send me a same error code. what should i do? please help me.

Hello Fourtex,
I understand that you are having issues activating the code. One probable cause for this to happen is that you installed the wrong app which is THX Spatial Audio. To resolve the problem, Please make sure to follow the steps from this article or, do the steps below:
- Download the 7.1 Surround Sound software.
- Run the 7.1 Surround Sound installer.
- Click “INSTALL”
- Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app when the installation is completed.
- Log in with your Razer ID.
- Enter the activation code.
