Hi. i buy the headphonr and i register the product. they send me the code, but when i go to activate the tell me error. and i change the i and L to 1 and all the stuff. but don´t work. I contact whit a new code in the registration page but they don´t send me.

I think you have entered it on the wrong software. The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please shoot me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
