Compré los audífonos y vinieron con un qr, pero no con el código para activar el 7.1 surround sound, qué puedo hacer? :(

Verifiqué el correo y luego de registrar el producto me enviaron el código jajaja.

    Una mega duda,a mi me dieron código pero al tratar de quitarle el recubrimiento se borró gran parte del código. ¿Si los registro pueden enviarme otro código o ya fue? :(
