I’ve been trying to activate the 7.1 surround sound and get the mic working but both wont work.Its also the wired one

I understand that you’re having issues activating the 7.1 Surround Sound and getting the microphone to work on your wired headset.

Could you please send me a PM and kindly elaborate on what you mean by the 7.1 not working? Are you unable to activate it, or is the audio quality not changing after activation?
