I bought myself the "Razer Blackshark V2 x" headphones, but when I connected them the sound became just awful (like from a barrel), I decided to download the drivers but for some reason the program does not see the headphones

Is your blackshark V2 x USB or mini-jack 3.5mm?

It’s an analog headphone, so you cannot apply any drivers and firmware for it...

USB version? or 3.5mm version (if this, read above).

Any issues with the headset, why you want to upgrade FW?

Got same problem , bought Blackshark V2 X(3.5mm jack) yesterday and since yesterday i cant find it on synapse , restarted pc , uninstalled synapse 4 and instal synapse 3 … still nothing , bad sound … app cant find this device even when its connected straight to my motherboard (back of pc) doesnt matter if its with 3,5jack or with both audio and communication port …

It’s an analog headset you won’t see it in Synapse.
