Razer Blackshark V2 X game sounds, videos , etc can be listened by others in discord even if my mic is muted

Hello as the title says, i bought a blackshark V2 X, the issue is that when im in discord, all the sounds from games, desktop videos , music etc can be heard by others, including myself even if i mute my mic  how can i solve this issue? , Stereo mix is disabled , Thanks in advance
