I bought these headphones a while back in 2024 & I never used the activation code for 7.1 surround sound (I never actually registered the product until now). After finding out about 7.1 surround sound, I tried searching for the activation code, but I’ve accidentally lost the code at some point in time.
Could you please help me with finding out what the 7.1 surround sound activation code is? I’ve attached the serial number for the headphones & proof of purchase as well if that helps.
