Razer Blackshark v2 x headset product registration valid confirmation

I’ve purchased a Blackshark V2 X headset but I couldn’t register it because it has the “Already registered warning”, upon searching the forums here I guess maybe my headset could be a counterfeit. So is it possible to confirm with razer support here to verify whether or not my headset is valid or not?

Please be informed that you can find your Razer BlackShark V2 X, 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging as indicated here. If the card is missing, I suggest contacting the reseller for a refund.
