razer blackshark v2 x I don't have the activation code

Hi I have buy a ryzer blackshark v2 x and I didn't receive the activation code for 7.1 surround sound app I've try to have it with the serial number but it didn't work too. How do I get a surround app code activation?

First, register your headset by clicking here. Once done, the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code will be sent via email. Just make sure that you check your inbox, spam or junk folder. Feel free to reach me via PM along with its serial number if you need further assistance.
