Hello! I recently purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have an issue with the product as it is already registered but not registered with my Razer ID, which means I am not receiving the activation code via email for the 7.1 surround sound features. Please search the Razer Community for a solution. How can I resolve this issue? Please help me.

Could you let me know where you purchased the headset? Kindly note that the main purpose of registering the product is for warranty coverage. Please check the scratch card that came with the package for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code as mentioned here. If the code has already been used or if the card is missing, I recommend returning the device to the reseller.
