Razer BlackShark V2 X is picking up all computer sounds through the microphone

Question

I've tried all the settings, all the rear and front jacks, and every possible method I could think of, but when I test it myself, I realize that things I should only be hearing through the headphones, like what I watch on YouTube or do on the desktop, are being picked up by the microphone as if I'm speaking into it. I think I'm going to try returning it, or please offer a solution to this problem because I'm about to lose my mind.

Hey ​@Janoxus-Steam,Just for isolation, can you connect the headset to another computer to see if the issue continues? If it does,please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
