The mic on my Blackshark V2 X headset is too quiet and it’s mostly noise, I tried all the possible solutions online such as reinstalling drivers (multiple versions even) and trying any possible Windows settings related to audio, even got a different audio splitter than the stock one but it’s still useless.

Can your headset still produce a sound when you play something? Does your microphone work when plugged into a mobile device? Please do the troubleshooting in this article to resolve the issue.
