Razer Blackshark V2 X mic not working

I just got this headset a few weeks ago, and have just realised that I have been using my laptop internal mic instead of the headset mic. However, when i try to switch it, i am unable to even locate the mic.

    same for me but in my case its showing the mic but saying its unplugged.
