Razer BlackShark V2 X microphone bleeding/ picking up sound while on mute

Hello,

I have a Razer BlackShark V2 X and unfortunately its been picking up audio that i play on my pc through the mic , while using the mute button as well.

I am not using the 7.1 surround sound app.

Please help with this,

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V2 X microphone is picking up audio being played from your PC, even when the microphone is muted using the headset's mute button. 

To help us narrow down the cause, could you please let me know if the issue persists across all applications or if it only occurs with a specific app (such as Discord, Zoom, Teams, etc.)? Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
