I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X plugged it in to my pc and found out the mic wasnt picking up anything,tried it on my mobilephone and it worked fine,tried it on xbox one and it doesnt pick up my voice..
starting to run out of ideas on how to make it work or if i have a setting wrong,any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V2 X headset microphone works on phone but not on your PC or Xbox One. Does it also persist across different applications? Can your headset still produce a sound when you play something? Does your microphone work when plugged into a mobile device? Please try to perform the steps in this article to resolve the issue. Note: Higher levels can cause mic to be more sensitive.
If closing Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Restart your PC then test your headset.
Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
